Burn surgery and reconstruction of post burn/scar deformity. Full subspecialty training was completed in London in 2004 and since then Mr Fogarty is an active member of The British Burn Association (BBA) and organising Chairman of the 2009 national British Burn Association(BBA) Conference in Belfast.

Mr Fogarty publishes widely in international journals in fields including hand surgery, burn surgery and plastic surgery in general. He has presented his research at international scientific conferences and has been invited to chair sessions at national scientific meetings. Presently he is organising chairman of the 2009 British Burn Association Conference(BBA).
